Thank you so much for coming to fit our new sink on Friday. It was so refreshing to find that you a) Arrived when you said you would, b) Proceeded to work steadily and confidently, without complaining about difficulty of access etc, and c) Worked sympathetically with the surroundings and cleared up well afterwards.  (Perhaps that is one of the benefits of “the woman’s touch”.)
